Hi, I’m Anya — welcome to Gloss Hair Lounge!
I opened in 2021 with a vision to create a space where artistry, ethics, and amazing hair come together. My journey in the beauty industry began at the prestigious Gene Juarez Academy, where I graduated in 2019, and since then, I’ve built a reputation for my expertise in color transformations — from soft, natural balayage to bold, statement-making creative color and corrective work. I live for those “wow” moments and love helping my clients feel confident and radiant.
I also specialize in safe, healthy hair extensions designed to look and feel completely natural. I offer beaded row weft extensions and have completed advanced k-tip trainingwith some of the industry’s top educators to perfect my technique. I work exclusively with ethically sourced, premium-quality hair from trusted suppliers who share my values around sustainability and responsible practices. My goal is always the same: to deliver beautiful, long-lasting results while protecting the health of your natural hair.
As a vegan since 2013, it was important to me that Gloss Hair Lounge reflects my values. Every product I use is vegan, cruelty-free, and carefully tested to ensure the highest performance without compromising ethics. I’ve spent years curating a collection of products that are both kind and effective — only the best of the best make it onto my shelves and into your hair.
I take pride in personalizing every look to match your individual style and vision. Whether you’re after subtle refinement or a complete transformation, my focus is on creating flattering, wearable results that make you feel amazing. I stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques through continuous advanced education, so my clients always get the freshest, most innovative services available. Beyond the technical side, I believe hairstyling is about connection. Building genuine, trusting relationships with my clients is at the heart of what I do — I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and cared for in my chair. I’m proud to have created a salon that is a safe, inclusive space where LGBTQIA+ individuals and people from all walks of life are welcomed, respected, and celebrated.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll probably find me checking out the best vegan spots in Seattle, spending time with friends, or snuggling up with my two chihuahua babies, Lucille and Oskar. As an extroverted Libra, I love meeting new people, sharing good energy, and making every appointment a fun, uplifting experience.
